Prepare the Return Application Form
a) Damaged Parcels: If you notice damage to the parcel when it arrives, take photos of the damages and refuse to accept the delivery. Signing the receipt form of the courier (DHL, UPS, TNT, etc.) means we can’t support your return application process. Note that PERA COSMETICS LTD uses third-party logistics partners and is not liable for damages during transit, but we will help you get a refund from the logistics provider.
b) Non-Damaged Parcels: Returns are not accepted for non-damaged parcels. Please review your order wish list carefully before purchasing.
c) Wrong Items Sent: If you receive the wrong item due to a warehouse or administrative error, ensure the products are unused, in their original condition, and packaging. Opened, tested, swatched, or used items cannot be returned.
d) Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, complete the form indicating the fault.
Send Photos to Customer Service
Email photos of the product or damaged parcel to our customer service. These photos help us understand the issue and expedite your refund process. Customer service will instruct you to either pack the goods safely for return or dispose of them. Include the application form and a copy of your receipt in the return package.
Courier Pickup
The courier will pick up the parcel and handle the return process.
Refund Process
Within 14 days of receiving your return, we will inspect the items and process your refund. You will be notified via email about the return status.
