Order Shipping
All goods are shipped EXW. Cosmetics Wholesale Ltd is not responsible for customs, duties, taxes, broker fees, or any return shipping. All such charges are the responsibility of the receiver.
For International Orders (Outside EU), the Cosmetics Wholesale Ltd logistics department can assist the client in finding the best freight forwarding services (affordable shipping rates, fast transit, etc.). Cosmetics Wholesale Ltd acts only as a link between the consignee and the transport agent and will not be responsible for any extra charges arising from the operation.
Order Payment
All orders require a bank/wire transfer prior to shipment. All preorders require a prepayment (non-refundable from the date of payment).
Post Order Payment and Charges
Although goods are shipped EXW, it is possible that the shipping company may bill Cosmetics Wholesale Ltd for customs, duties, taxes, broker fees, or other charges. All international customers agree that Cosmetics Wholesale Ltd may bill the customer the same amount without advance notice or authorization from the customer. By placing an order on our website, all international customers agree to these terms.
